Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Find SA is not the seller, dealership, lender, insurer, escrow provider, or payment processor for vehicle transactions.

Find SA does not guarantee or control third-party payment instructions, recipient account ownership, or off-platform settlement outcomes.

Where Find SA offers a direct platform charge, the payment page or checkout summary will identify the platform feature, amount, and relevant payment provider before payment is made.

Independent Verification Duty

Before making any payment, users must independently verify recipient identity, account details, transaction purpose, and contractual terms with the relevant counterparty.

Do not rely solely on chat messages, profile claims, urgency pressure, or unverified instruction changes.

Loss and Liability Boundary

Off-platform payment losses caused by third parties, scams, impersonation, or unauthorized instructions are generally the responsibility of the transacting parties, except where law requires otherwise.

Find SA may support report intake and record preservation but cannot reverse bank transfers or guarantee recovery outcomes.

Report Suspicious Requests

If you receive suspicious payment instructions related to platform activity, report immediately to contactus@find-sa.com or 019-6789188.

You should also contact your bank or payment provider promptly where fraud risk is suspected.

Do not make off-platform payments for Find SA platform features unless the instruction is confirmed through an official Find SA support channel.
