Acceptance and Scope
By creating an account, using Find SA, or accessing related services, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.
These Terms apply to general users, car buyers, registered Sales Advisors (SAs), and visitors who access platform content.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
You must promptly update your details when they change and must not impersonate any person or entity.
Account sharing, lending, renting, transferring, or allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If any use of your account results in unlawful conduct or legal violations, the registered account holder bears full legal responsibility and consequences to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Platform Role and Transaction Boundaries
Find SA is a discovery and coordination platform for identifying Sales Advisors, comparing profiles, contacting SAs, submitting SA applications, tracking non-payment activity records where available, and leaving ratings or reviews after eligible Delivery completion.
Find SA supports different Sales Advisor listing types, including Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors attached to approved Dealers and Multi-Brand Advisors who operate independently from Dealers.
Find SA also provides Dealer application, Dealer page management, Dealer controller access, and selected Dealer paid feature workflows where available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Find SA is not the vehicle seller, dealership, lender, insurer, escrow provider, or payment processor.
Vehicle deposits, booking fees, vehicle prices, financing charges, insurance premiums, and dealership contract payments are arranged off-platform between relevant parties.
Dealer Applications and Controller Access
Dealer application submission does not automatically create a Dealer record, update a Dealer profile, or grant Dealer dashboard access.
Admin may approve, reject, or request clarification based on submitted applicant and company information. Approved applications are recorded for review history, while Admin manually creates or updates Dealer records and controller access separately.
Dealer dashboard access is granted through Dealer controller records managed by Admin. A Dealer may have more than one controller, and each controller is responsible for actions taken through their account.
Dealer Page and Sales Advisor Relationship
Dealer controllers are responsible for keeping Dealer page details accurate, including contact number, business hours, address, Google Maps URL, and other public-facing details they are permitted to submit.
Dealer address or Google Maps URL changes may be submitted for Admin review. Approval of a request records the review result only; Admin may still need to manually update the Dealer record to avoid incorrect public information.
Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors shown under a Dealer must belong to that Dealer in the platform records. Multi-Brand Advisors are not Dealer controllers or Dealer-bound Sales Advisors.
If an Authorized Dealer Sales Advisor is removed from a Dealer relationship, the Sales Advisor may be hidden or deactivated until a new approved Dealer relationship or approved SA Type change is established.
Acceptable Use and Accuracy
You must not submit false or misleading information, abuse reports, manipulate ratings, interfere with platform security, or use the platform for unlawful conduct.
You must not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without authorization, or disrupt service operations.
Third-Party Services and Off-Platform Dealings
Dealerships, lenders, insurers, payment channels, Billplz, WhatsApp, messaging tools, and other third-party services may have separate terms and notices.
Find SA is not responsible for third-party products, services, instructions, or outcomes outside the platform's direct control, except where required by law.
Suspension, Content Removal, and Termination
We may remove content, delist profiles, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or policy requirements are breached.
We may preserve and disclose relevant records where required by law or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, rights protection, moderation, dispute handling, or compliance.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find SA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from third-party conduct, off-platform transactions, or unauthorized payment instructions.
Governing Law, Updates, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect from the stated effective date.
