Terms of Service
Minimum launch terms for using Find SA, including platform scope, account rules, contact handling, and off-platform payment boundaries.

Acceptance and Scope
By creating an account or using Find SA, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related policies linked from the site, including the Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform Role
Find SA is a discovery and coordination platform that helps users find Sales Advisors (SA), manage account data, send reports, and keep order or progress records where available.
Find SA is not the vehicle seller, dealership, lender, insurer, or payment processor unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
Find SA does not process vehicle payments. Payments, deposits, and dealership transactions happen off-platform between the relevant parties.
Accounts and Accuracy
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and update your account details when they change.
You are responsible for activity under your account and must not impersonate others, submit false information, abuse the platform, or interfere with security controls.
SA Profiles and Public Contact Rules
SAs must submit accurate profile and verification data, including legal name and identity or employment verification where requested.
For SA application review, requested verification documents may include employment proof, business card, and NRIC image.
Submitting forged, stolen, or unauthorized identity documents is prohibited.
SA phone numbers are masked by default on public pages. If an SA chooses Public phone visibility, the full phone number may be shown to signed-in users. If an SA chooses Private, the phone number remains masked except where access is required for support, moderation, compliance, or the SA's own account view.
NRIC details, business cards, and verification files are not public profile content and are handled for verification, moderation, support, or compliance only.
Regulatory Compliance
Users and SAs must comply with applicable Malaysian laws when using the platform, including laws related to personal data, fraud, identity misuse, and unlawful communications.
Find SA may preserve records, restrict access, and cooperate with regulators, law enforcement, or legal advisers when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and platform integrity.
User Content, Reports, and Enforcement
Reviews, reports, and updates must be lawful, truthful, and based on real interactions.
We may remove content, limit features, delist profiles, suspend accounts, or terminate access if users or SAs break these Terms or other platform policies.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, Find SA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party transactions, off-platform payments, or third-party representations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the effective date changes, continued use after acceptance of the updated version means you accept the revised Terms.
