How does Delivery review work?
After vehicle handover, the Sales Advisor can create a Delivery and send you a review link.
You must log in with the phone number linked to that Delivery before submitting a review.
After review submission, the Delivery detail remains available from My Deliveries.
How can I view my past Deliveries?
Go to My Deliveries and open the relevant Delivery record.
You can review the vehicle, Sales Advisor, rating, comment, and uploaded photos.
If a Delivery is missing, confirm your account phone number matches the customer phone used by the Sales Advisor.
When can I leave a review?
You can leave one review after the Sales Advisor sends you a Delivery review link.
Only the customer account with the matching Malaysia phone number can submit the review.
Your review helps other buyers make informed decisions.
How can I recover account access?
Use the password reset flow on the login page.
Confirm you are using the same email or phone number used during signup.

How do I register to become an SA?
Create an account or log in, then open the SA application page.

Submit accurate identity, contact, service, and work details, then upload the required documents for your selected SA Type.

What is the difference between Authorized Dealer Sales Advisor and Multi-Brand Advisor?
Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors are attached to an approved Dealer and represent that Dealer's authorized brand.
Multi-Brand Advisors are independent advisors who can list multiple supported brands and are not attached to any Dealer.
Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors can appear on Brand pages. Multi-Brand Advisors appear on Homepage Recommended and SA List, but not on individual Brand pages.
Multi-Brand Advisors are not eligible for the current Verified SA badge until separate rules are introduced.
Does becoming an SA require a fee?
Submitting an SA application does not require a direct platform fee under the current model.
If paid features are offered (for example Boost), applicable fees are disclosed before confirmation.

How do I create a Delivery review link?
Open SA Delivery and choose Create New Delivery after vehicle handover.
Enter the customer's Malaysia phone number, brand, model, and optionally upload a delivery photo.

You can view review status from Delivery History, but only the customer can submit or edit the review content.
How should I use Boost effectively?
Boost increases your listing visibility for a limited duration.
Use Boost during peak inquiry periods or active promotions.

How do Dealers appear on Find SA?
Approved Dealer records can appear on Brand pages with Dealer details such as location, area, contact information, business hours, and public page content.
Dealer pages are linked to Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors who belong to that Dealer in platform records.
Multi-Brand Advisors do not belong to any Dealer and are not managed through Dealer pages.
How do I manage Dealer information?
Use the Dealer Dashboard to review Dealer details and available management actions.
Some changes, such as address or Google Maps details, may require Admin review or manual update before public records change.
Keep Dealer details accurate so buyers can verify showroom location and contact information.
How does Find SA Verified for Dealers work?
Find SA Verified is a Dealer paid feature for selected eligible Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors.
Only selected Sales Advisors captured in the paid snapshot are covered during the active Verified period.
Multi-Brand Advisors are not covered by Dealer Verified payments under the current rules.
Verified status can end if coverage expires, the Sales Advisor leaves the Dealer, the Dealer becomes inactive, or policy enforcement applies.
Can Dealers remove or add Sales Advisors directly?
Dealer controllers cannot directly change SA-Dealer relationships in the database.
Submit a support request with the SA Code and clear reason if a Sales Advisor should be reviewed or removed.
Admin reviews the request before any Dealer relationship change is applied.
