These terms apply to Boost, Find SA Verified for Dealers, and other paid visibility, badge, ranking, or promotional features offered by Find SA from time to time.
Feature availability, eligibility criteria, placement logic, and duration may vary by product version, account status, or campaign settings.
Where paid features are offered, applicable fees, billing terms, activation triggers, and duration rules will be disclosed before confirmation.
Find SA Verified for Dealers is currently priced per selected Sales Advisor per month, based on the price shown at checkout or in Admin configuration.
No paid coverage is activated by selecting Sales Advisors unless a valid paid or Admin-approved order is recorded.
If a feature is granted as a trial, credit, manual admin action, or non-paid allocation, separate operational rules may apply.
Find SA Verified coverage applies only to selected eligible Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors captured in the paid order snapshot.
A Sales Advisor added after payment is not automatically covered. Add-on coverage may be offered for uncovered eligible Authorized Dealer Sales Advisors where supported by the platform.
Multi-Brand Advisors are not eligible for Dealer Verified coverage under the current rules.
Verified display depends on current platform checks, including paid coverage, active date window, current Dealer assignment, approved SA status, active SA profile status, and active Dealer status.
Boost, Verified, badges, or paid exposure do not guarantee impressions, profile views, chats, leads, customer response, orders, ratings, conversions, sales, or other commercial outcomes.
Ranking or visibility may be influenced by multiple factors, including relevance, quality controls, policy compliance, and product configuration.
Find SA may suspend, end, or revoke promotional benefits where policy breaches, fraud indicators, or abuse risks are identified.
Account suspension, Dealer deactivation, SA deactivation, Dealer relationship removal, delisting, or enforcement action may affect active promotional visibility without entitlement to continued placement.
Any refund entitlement for paid features is governed by the Refund Policy, product-specific terms, and applicable law.
Where no charge is collected by Find SA, no refund is applicable.
