Jetour Alan Poon

would like to give a huge shoutout to Alan, my Sales Advisor from Jetour. From the very beginning, Alan was incredibly patient and sincere in assisting me throughout the entire process. I had quite a number of requests and questions, but he never made me feel like I was being troublesome. Instead, he took the time to understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to fulfil my requests. What impressed me most was his service. Although there were some changes to the original delivery timeline, Alan actually managed to get my car ready much earlier than what was initially promised. That really exceeded my expectations. Buying a new car is a big decision, and having a salesperson who is responsive, patient and genuinely takes care of his customer makes a huge difference. Alan never gave me the feeling that he was simply trying to close a deal. He was sincere in helping me throughout the whole journey. I’m very happy with my Jetour T2 and especially grateful for the service Alan provided. If you’re looking for a Jetour, I would definitely recommend reaching out to Alan. A really great salesperson who genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Alan, for the excellent service and for making my car-buying experience such a memorable one! 🙌🏻
